1 HIGH EFFICIENCY
The boiler body uses high heat transfer threaded pipe and is equipped with smoke and steam energy collecting threaded pipe. This structure classification is scientific, which can use the delayed heat reasonably and make the boiler always operate in high efficiency. The rated load thermal efficiency reaches 95% and
The thermal efficiency can reach 96-97%, while the traditional triple-pass boiler’s thermal efficiency is about 90%.
2 LOW STRESS
The boiler proper adopts arched tube plate, offset furnace, track type reversal chamber and works with threaded pipe and waveform furnace. This kind of finite element design，which changes the traditional structure of high stress with high rigidity into new structure of low stress with quasi elastic, increases the safe reliability of the boiler and increase the boiler’s service life and spares larger room for internal inspection and repairing.
3 LOW STEEL CONSUMPTION
STEEL CONSUMPTION of high efficiency low stress horizontal combustion gas boiler is less than triple-pass boiler. For example, the 2t/h triple-pass boiler’s boiler proper weighs only 456kg; the boiler proper and condensing pipe tube weigh 4400ke. The proportion of steel and water is only 2.2t/steam ton.
4 SIMPLE STRUCTURE, EASY TO MANUFACTURE AND CONVENIENT TO MAINTENANCE
Simple structure increases the internal space and simplifies the boiler’s manufacturing
techniques, which makes inspection and repairing more easily.
5 RETURN WATER COOLING HIGH TEMPERATURE TUBE PLATE INCREASES THE RELIABILITY.
The hot water boiler adopts return water to cool high temperature tube plate, which betters
the operation state, and increases the reliability of high temperature tube plate.
6 HORIZONTAL FLOW AND SEPERATION OF STEAM AND WATER MAKE STEAM HUMIDITY LOWER
Steam boilers adopt the mode of horizontal flow and separation of steam and water, which simplifies the separating device of water and steam and can get low humidity and high quality steam.( The humidity is smaller than 1%, while the standard is no larger than 4%.)
